Agency Applications and Information

We are currently accepting applications for organizations wishing to participate in the 2010-2011 CFC campaign season. The Northern New Jersey Combined Federal Campaign is open to any 501 (c)3 Charitable Organization that can meet the qualifications set forth by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The application period will run from February 1, 2010 through March 5, 2010. The additional dates for the 2010-2011 CFC campaign season have been determined. Please check the Calendar of Events for additional information.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY HAVE BEEN CHANGES MADE TO THE 2010/2011 CFC APPLICATION. PLEASE REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR THE PROPER WAY TO SUBMIT/COMPLETE THIS SECTION OF THE APPLICATION.

In order to qualify as a federation, you must submit at least 15 unduplicated and qualified member agencies along with your agency application. First time federations or those federations that did not qualify as a federation for the 2009 campaign must submit a COMPLETE application for every member agency being submitted with your 2010 application. Please note that all agencies must submit their IRS letter of determination.  PLEASE NOTE: FEDERATIONS MUST COMPLETE THE 2010 CFC LOCAL FEDERATION MEMBER INFORMATION SPREADSHEET IN ITS ENTIRETY. THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY AS WELL AS MANUALLY WITH OTHER REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS.

Charitable organizations that are not members of a federation or choose not to be affiliated with a federation may submit an unaffiliated agency application. Agencies must complete the entire application and submit it by the deadline indicated.

63k PDF file 2010 Family Support and Youth Activities (FSYA) Application

The model application is available for use Family Support and Youth Activities (FSYA), also known as Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) organizations, applying to participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). An FSYA is an organization that operates on a military base for the benefit of the members of the military who work or live on that installation or day-care centers that are located in a Federal facility. These instructions and form are intended to assist an FSYA in applying for participation in the CFC.
