The mission of the Northern New Jersey Combined Federal Campaign (NNJCFC) is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all. Dollars raised provided clean water to prevent disease, child care and elder care for working parents and caregivers, funding for medical research to find cures for a number of deadly diseases and after school programs to enrich the lives of the children in your communities.
"BE A STAR...In Someone's Life" is the theme for the 2008/2009 Northern New Jersey Combined Federal Campaign. The Northern New Jersey CFC encompasses the 13 northern most counties of New Jersey including Sussex, Passaic, Bergen, Warren, Hunterdon, Hudson, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer and Monmouth.

The CFC is the only solicitation permitted by law to be conducted in the workplace and is a highly regulated campaign; assuring donors that their dollars will be used by the organizations they choose. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world. The Director of OPM has designated to the Office of CFC Operations (OCFCO) responsibility for day-to-day management of the CFC.
